NeighbourFinder allows estate agents to work in partnership with sellers or developers.

The problem is that estate agents and private sales don't mix - it's difficult to advertise both on a property website.

Our solution is to allow sellers or anyone helpful in their neighbourhood to create their own "Private Ads" which add extra details on top of what the estate agent has written. These can be pictures or text, blogs showing extra reasons to buy your property.

Our private ads are separate features that are linked to the estate agents details so when you view one you can click into the other.

The estate agent is the moderator of all the private ads submitted and can prohibit or correct as agreed with the Seller.
