"When I marketed my house through an estate agent I was exasperated that my lovely home was reduced to estate agent speak. There was no way for me to help the sale with my own material showing the things I knew were good about my place. For example, I had a superb tree house and many other advantages that were overlooked by the agent. But I felt with a bit more input by me I really COULD have helped the sale. I had beautiful photographs but the advert was someone else’s view."
